2024-2025 Tuition and Fee Schedule

We encourage families to visit our school.  We would love to give you a tour, introduce you to our teachers, and share our school with you.

• $100 Registration fee; nonrefundable
• Supply fee, per semester (based on attendance)
  • 2 days/week $50
  • 3 days/week – $65
  • 4 days/week $80
  • 5 days/week – $100

• Registration fee(s) payable by online to TELC. Payment of this fee must be made to secure a spot in a class.   This payment is made through Brightwheel, the app used by TELC for student records, parent communication and billing
• .A copy of your child’s current immunization record and the signed health information form must be received by the school office.  These are required by the state to be on file by the first day of school.

Enrollment Requirements:

1. 1. Complete online registration and Brightwheel profile
   2. Required Forms: Child info sheet, medical form, and current shot record.
   3. Paid registration fee
   4. Tuition set up as autopay on Brightwheel, the app used by TELC. Checking account does not include a fee, credit card has a 2.99% charge.

REGISTER FOR TELC

Morning Care is offered between 7:00-9:00 am; breakfast is served at 8:00 am
After School Care is offered between 3:00-5:00 pm; snack will be provided at 3:00 pm
Additional registration fee for extended care is $30
Doors open for morning care at 7:00 am
A late pick-up fee will be charged ($1/min) for after care pickups after 5:00 pm
