Hidden Tracks Part 4 “The Second Sin” THRIVE Service Livestream

They had everything they could ever want. The Garden of Eden was created to provide for anything and everything Adam and Eve would ever need. It was perfect. It was paradise.
There was just one stipulation. The only thing forbidden to them was the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
That’s it. Everything else is yours Adam and Eve, except for the one thing you cannot touch.
And we all know how that went.
It’s called the Original Sin. The Fall of Adam and Eve. The moment they disobey God’s direct command. It’s the first sin, the first time we disobeyed God, and we’ve been wrestling with it ever since.
But there is a second, more subtle sin embedded in the story that most of us overlook. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. And once you know what the second sin is, it explains so much about our inability to move past where we are and why we often get stuck and can’t move forward.
The second sin, in many ways, is worse than the first sin.
Or to put it another way, the cover up is worse than the crime.
